Ascendance Holistic Healing offers a combination of what I have found to be the most effective, credible and non-invasive techniques for personal transformation. My practice incorporates my years of experience in yoga, movement healing and creative study, although it is joyfully centered on "Eden Energy Medicine."

Eden Energy Medicine is the art and science of working directly with the body's nine energy systems as identified by Donna Eden, internationally recognized healer and teacher. Often referred to as "acupuncture without needles," Eden Energy Medicine takes ancient Eastern wisdom, combines it with modern scientific understanding, and delivers a totally unique approach to natural healing. Compatible with Western Medicine or any other health regime you may be following, Eden Energy Medicine offers safe, simple and effective tools for people of all ages to maximize their physical, emotional, mental, creative and spiritual wellbeing.

Eden Energy Medicine recognizes that the health of the body's energies – in terms of flow, balance and harmony -- is reflected in the health of the body. Since earliest recorded history, indigenous cultures all over the world have embraced the practice of working with the body's energies to support true health. Now in the 21st century, we are drawing on the wisdom of our past, and integrating it into our modern lifestyles as a means of returning to greater balance, health and happiness.
